These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IBWare website at https://ibware.com and the software products and online services provided by IBWare ("IBWare", "we", "us" or "our"), including Smart Screen Recorder and AIEasyApply (collectively, the "Services"). IBWare provides software products and online services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, Google services used by Smart Screen Recorder). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and IBWare is not responsible for them.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBWare and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
