2. Google user data (Smart Screen Recorder)

Smart Screen Recorder is a Google Chrome extension developed and operated by IBWare. Its core function is to let you record your screen, a tab or a window. It also offers an optional feature to automatically upload your recordings to your own Google Drive account.

  • What we access: If you choose to enable the Google Drive upload feature, you sign in with your Google Account and grant the extension permission to access your Google Drive. We use this access solely to upload your recorded files into a folder in your own Google Drive and to identify your account (your email address).
  • Optional and user-controlled: You can use the extension anonymously. The Google Drive feature is entirely optional and only operates if you explicitly grant permission during the Google consent screen. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
  • No selling or unrelated use: We do not sell your Google user data and do not use it for advertising.
Limited Use disclosure. IBWare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

IBWare may collect and use information for the following purposes:
